Mindfulness allows us to connect with the present, our feelings and sensations as a humans being, that is the reason why is so important to practice it, also because we should be able to live the present without attending thoughts of the past, without the worries thinking about the future and the most important without constantly judging ourselves.

True wellness comes from taking care of all aspects of yourself (body, mind and soul), and to achieve it meditation is really helpful because it offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

Essential oils are often used in aromatherapy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve mood. Inhaling the aromas of certain oils can have a calming or invigorating effect on the mind, body and soul.

When it comes to meditation techniques, there are several approaches you can explore, personally my favorite is coloring mandalas.

A mandala is a geometric or symbolic pattern that represents the universe, often used as a spiritual or meditative tool. The creation and contemplation of mandalas can offer several benefits:

- Artistic expression.
- Stress reduction.
Exercise
Part of the well-being of our body depends of how often we practice any kind of exercise, or physical activity as walk long distances or jogging, personally I like to go to the gym 2 o 3 times in the week and go for a long distances of walk.
